We provide this through a strict service level agreement that lays a norm for our performance. As a measure of our confidence, we provide on request a signed Service Level Agreement which guarantees our server uptimes. Server stays up, you pay us. Server goes down, we pay you.
As a customer, it is your privilege to ask for a signed Service Level Agreement from us. The core of this agreement will be to provide a 99.5% server uptime. It also lays down norms for troubleshooting and response turnaround times.
